To guarantee the high quality of our work and to comply with the strict hygiene guidelines of the Municipal Health Service (GGD), we work by appointment only. Getting a tattoo is a lifelong commitment and can carry certain risks. Therefore, it's important that you carefully consider the matter and make a well-informed decision before scheduling an appointment with us.

We offer tattooing services for those aged 16 and over. Before getting a tattoo, we ask you to complete a consent form. Please be aware that we may ask for ID.

Appointments & Deposits – Terms and Conditions
1. When making an appointment with Flaneur's tattoo studio, a deposit is required. The deposit serves as
confirmation of the appointment and as compensation for reserved time and preparatory work,
including design work.
2. By making an appointment, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
3. Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled
appointment time.
4. In the event of cancellation within 24 hours, failure to attend the appointment, or partial
cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited in full. The deposit will not be refunded, regardless of the
reason for cancellation.
5. If the tattoo appointment does not take place due to circumstances attributable to the client, Flaneur's
tattoo studio reserves the right to retain the deposit as compensation for reserved time, incurred
costs, and lost income.
6. Any goodwill gestures, such as allowing the deposit to be used for a future appointment, are
entirely voluntary and do not entitle the client to a refund.
7. Pain, personal doubts, change of preference, or other subjective reasons do not constitute valid
grounds for a refund of the deposit.
8. Deposits are non-transferable and are only valid within a time period determined by the tattoo
studio.
By making an appointment, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to
these terms and conditions.
